Mud Bath Setup Instructions

 

You can recreate your mud bath in a bowl or directly in the sink. Here's a detailed guide to creating your at home mud bath. 

1. Set the mood - play some soft music, turn down the brightness, and light a candle 
2. Measure out 2L (64oz) of hot water
3. Open your packet and sprinkle the product into the water.
4. Quickly mix with your hand- try to break up clumps as they form. It's normal to see some small soft clumps of clay. 
5. Soak your hands or feet - play with the oozing mud.
6. Pour down the drain when finished or dispose of the mud in the garbage. 
7. Flush with plenty of hot water.
   

Some extra tips: To minimize clumping, you can sprinkle your product through a wire mesh filter as you add into the hot water. Likewise, you can place a filter over your drain to catch any larger clumps. Properly cleaning your drain of hair and other debris before taking your mud bath will also help prevent drainage issues.
